We ship throughout Spain (peninsula), managed by professional transport companies.
- Estimated delivery time: 24 to 72 business hours
- Orders are processed on business days
- Shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout
Additionally, we offer the option of:
💸 Cash on delivery, so you can pay directly upon receiving your order.
This method may include a small additional cost from the transport company.
For products related to vending machines, shipping may be done via specialized transport and times may vary.
🔁 Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, and due to the nature of vaping products, returns of products that have been opened or used will not be accepted.
Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
- Originally defective product
- Order error (incorrect product)
📩 The customer must report the incident within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the order.

- Report any visible damage to the carrier
- Keep the original packaging in case of an incident
